In the hollow of a valley surrounded by fields and woods, overlooked by the Roman Road, le Domaine de Bosc Lebat, a square farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, is made up of a bastide, a forge and stables completely renovated with taste in 2020 & 2021.
The Domaine is ideally located 40 minutes from the airport and the center of Toulouse, 1 hour from Carcassonne and Albi and 10 minutes from Lavaur, a city known for its large market of local producers and Capital of le Pays de Cocagne.
We offer 2 charming cottages and a fully renovated bastide.

Our history
This estate was built in 1775 and consisted of a main farm, a forge and stables.
My husband and I wanted to find a house to enjoy our "old" days and welcome our large family. Coming from the North (Belgium), we were also looking for a milder and less humid climate.
During our extensive research, we literally fell in love with this magnificent Estate and acquired it at the end of 2019.
Our project was becoming reality but with it another much bigger project was born.
This Estate is made up of several adjoining but totally independent buildings, we have decided to embark on the great adventure of renting gites in order to be able to allow families and groups of friends to benefit from this superb place far from the tumult of the big cities. .
We then embarked on a large and tedious project of renovation and modernization of the premises to try as best as possible to offer a memorable stay to our visitors.
