
Terms of Sales
Article 1 - Duration of stay
The Tenant signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the Tenant has sent the Lessor the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental as indicated in the rental contract as well as a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated. The Lessor will return a copy countersigned by him which will be kept by the Tenant.
The lease concluded between the parties to this deed may in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the lessor.
Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the Tenant, the product of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the Lessor.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the Tenant
Any cancellation must be notified to the Lessor, with acknowledgment of receipt by email.
a) Cancellation before arrival at the premises
The deposit remains with the Lessor. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the Tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the Lessor may dispose of his gîte. All amounts paid will be retained by the Lessor.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the Lessor. No refund will be made.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the Lessor
The Lessor pays the tenant all the sums paid in advance as well as an indemnity equal to the deposit paid.
Article 5 - Arrival
The Tenant must present himself on the day specified in the time slot mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the Tenant must notify the Lessor or his representative.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance
The balance of the rental is paid at the maximum on the date indicated on the rental contract.
Article 7 - Inventory
On arrival: An entry inventory is made available to the Tenant who will have 24 hours from the handing over of the keys to make any disputes, by text message or email to the Lessor or his representative.
In the absence of dispute by the Tenant within 24 hours, the inventory established by the Lessor will be deemed accepted by the Tenant.
An exit inventory will be carried out with the Lessor or his representative on the day of the Tenant's departure.
Article 8 - Security deposit or surety
Upon arrival of the Tenant, a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the rental contract, is requested by the Lessor.
After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deducting the cost of restoring the premises if damage was noted.
In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory on the day of the Tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the Lessor within a period not exceeding not a week.
Article 9 - Use of premises
​The Tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Article 10 - Capacity
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the Lessor may refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the Tenant.
Article 11 - Animals
This contract specifies whether or not the Tenant may stay with a pet. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the Tenant, the Lessor may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
Article 12 - Insurance
​The Tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. He is required to be insured and must provide proof of this when booking the stay.
Article 13 - Payment of charges
Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the Tenant.
Article 14 - Disputes
Any complaint relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent court.
Article 15 - Attribution of jurisdiction
For the execution of the present, the parties elect domicile at the domicile of the Lessor or the agent whose contact details are indicated on your contract. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Toulouse.
